I now have quite a selection of colours in PLA for my two printers, but have been seeking some that are proving difficult to source.

I even recently had quite a lot of difficulty sourcing "flesh" at below ridiculous price and overseas source, a shade I'd have expected to be common as muck!

Bottom Line Question - Is there anyone in UK that markets Pantone number shaded filament please?

Sub Question - As a first need, anyone know of a supplier for Terra Cotta shaded 1.75 PLA in the UK?

I appreciate that Pantone matched stuff will be relatively expensive but the only sources I'm finding are in the USA and carriage is more than £20 a reel!!!!  :blink

This is what me and hozza have been using for skin colour it was recommended by the designer on the cheshire cat

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0727LCS1N/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Matching colours isnt easy with filament so I just tend to go with what ive got or what ever turns up in the post as it rarely matches the picture

Thanks, I have ordered that for an alternative to the skin I have, but the immediate need is for Terra Cotta, or commonly Red Brick!

This is a Pantone shade and is marketed by Paramount in the States as a PLA filament, and while a single reel at $20 is just about affordable, the delivery of $70 is not!!

Found this stuff but ts not cheap  :o

Quite!  I'm still laying in a darkened room after my own searching.  The upper one is a filled PLA and I'm not going there, the lower one is pure PLA and is suitable (and one I had not found) , except with carriage it's £33 for a reel, and I get palpitations at £15.  ::)

Up to £25 is OK, over that, well, I'll paint it.
