First play with a raspberry PI, Thabks to Wyntrblue, managed to get a working Octoprint. Still needs room for improvement - not really wanting to use it for printer control but mainly for the timelapse video steam.
Latest addition Creality CR20 Pro
Had it about a week now and to say im really impressed with it, unlike the Geeetech A10 i have the mechanics on the CR20 Pro are solid and robust with no play at all.
The Pro comes with magnetic bed sticker and auto level (BLtouch) as standard and both work well.
So overall really impressed at the moment, maybe time will tell.
Star Wars has some of the most iconic artwork of any movie franchise in history. Nowhere is this more apparent than in its theatrical posters. This lithopone lamp captures all nine main storyline Star Wars posters in a lovely desktop lamp that celebrates your favorite movies. . I took the design from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2771441 but found the original lithopanes were of quite poor quality, so i downloaded each poster from the IMDB database and created my own.
I also created and added a cylinder on the insode centre and would a 12v led strip instead of having a light bulb.
All the troubole really came down to settings, the printer has a unique gcode start as it does a 3 point calibration at the start of every print, then Gaza07 worked his magic and sorted out the settings in cura to make it give a reasonable print. There are slight quality issues which i have asked for advice from the copmpany but still yet to hear from them.
Gaza today worked his miracles and fitted a new aliplate heatbed to my Duet clone - works brilliantly, no more lifting
